Backed up and everything, and I lived in Southwest Kaiser off of Hornet Court, which is, if you are familiar with the town at all, 5th Avenue and Hornet Court was the two streets that we lived off of, and we had to evacuate.\n\nJaqueline Moir: And the water came up to the garage doors on our house. Several of our neighbors that had daylight basements, basements flooded, the furniture was floating, and we, we laugh about it today when we happen to run into each other, like, do you remember when? The house, like I said, it got up to the garage doors, but it never got inside the house. And so, that was quite an experience, and that's why I said that that was the catalyst for doing the river wall, was to keep the waters.\n\nJaqueline Moir: And then they fixed all the drainage and stuff, so the storm drains wouldn't back up. And there's a new fall out there, and boy, I can't remember now when Rob did that, but Rob Kistler was helpful in getting that when I was on city council, so that we could get those drains where they didn't back up like they had in the past.\n\nJaqueline Moir: And, uh, anyway, it was quite an experience.","format":"text/plain"},"target":"https://keizerheritagemuseum.aviaryplatform.com/collections/3171/collection_resources/146727/file/270692#t=60.0,114.837"}]}]}]}
