And oh, gosh, we thought this is never going to happen and it took eight years and for a long time. We were persona non grata. Everybody was ticked off at the city council because, oh, we're taking advantage of these 27 people and really independently those 27 folks, they wanted to sell their land.\n\nNo one wanted to stay adjacent to I 5, but getting them. To agree and to parcel that land together so that it made sense for the developers and made sense for the property owners took a real long time. It was so funny. Now, with all the development that's gone on out there, it has to exceed 500%. And look at the jobs. And you know, that was the last, that was the last time there was a recession in 2008. And he said, you know, this will be the first round of businesses. And that's where we are now.
